Shipping policy

All garments are made to order once your purchase is placed. After processing, your item is manufactured with care before being shipped to us for final packaging and dispatch to your address.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on order volume and the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard delivery is not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe, though customers may choose faster shipping methods for quicker delivery at an additional cost.

As every piece is individually produced, manufacturing can take up to nearly two weeks in some cases. We currently do not offer accelerated production, as our focus remains on delivering the highest quality possible with every garment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your delivery through Shop using your tracking information.

As a thank you for your first purchase, first-time customers will receive a 15% discount code to use on their next order.

If any issues occur with your garment not being delivered, we can offer a free reproduction of your order on us.
